エイベット・ブラザーズ マールフェス 2017 その２
Avett Brothers sing MerleFest 2017-04-29
エイベット・ブラザースのマールフェス２９日のセット・リストです。この処レギュラーになったかのようなエイベットですが、これと前回載せた以外にワークショップのステージがありますが、うまくするとそちらもアップされたらセットリストを載せようと思っています。このバンド、スコット・エイベットがバンジョーを弾くのでブルーグラスバンドみたいな紹介があったりしますが、彼の弾き方はブルーグラスの３フィンガーではなく、フレイリングとコードストロークで、一人での演奏を見てもバックグランドはトラッドと言うかフォーク系の人ですよね。その現れが今回のセットリストでも有るわけで、”sing Doc Watson”でもあるわけですね。

また、スペシャル・ゲストとしてクレジットされているケイティ・スキーン（Katie Skene）は２０１６年にデビューしたての新人さんですが、デッズ系の人との共演が多そうですね。

空堀商店街と御朱印帳
商店街の中の文房具屋さん
地下鉄長堀鶴見緑地線の谷町六丁目で降り、目的の文房具屋さんを目指しました。谷町はオフィス街って私のイメージでしたが、目的地周辺はいい感じの路地も有るなんか落ち着いて町並みです。また、歩く先にはアーケードが見え、それは中央区谷町にある商店街「空堀商店街」でした。名前は聞いたことはあったのですが、初めて来る町です。
お店に入る前に少し商店街を歩いてみましたが、アンティークショップかと思うようなカレー屋さんがあったり、純喫茶という冠が付きそうな喫茶店があったり、写真のようなカフェがあったり、シャッター通りになってない活気のあるところ。
本日も目的地「紙匠雑貨エモジ」さん。実際にいろんな紙製品を見たくてやってきました。商品はサイトで詳しく紹介されているので、興味ある方は下記リンクをたどって下さい。
中でも実際に商品を見たかったのが「御朱印帳」ジャバラ式のオーソドックスな朱印帳。布張りの表紙は基本女の子向けな柄がメインなので、落ち着いたこの表紙を選びました。

レイルロード・アース、２月のものから。セット・リストを見ると分かりますが、”>Fisherman's Blues”が７分２６秒、そして次の”Head”が１６分１１秒。これぞジャム・グラスという感じかな。この２曲だけでも十分堪能出来るんじゃないかと。

グリーンスカイ・ブルーグラスです。彼らのFacebookページのこのライブの写真が結構公開されています。その中にAnders Beck (アンダー・ベック)のドブロの写真があったので、今の彼が使っているドブロのモデルがハッキリわかります。
以前からScheerhornからBeardに変わったのは、Beardのサイトでも紹介されていたのですが、現状のモデルはJerry Douglas Signature the Hipshot DoubleShotとCopper Mountainですね。
この日のYotubeはまだのようですが、１月のは結構あがっているのでそのうち誰かがアップしてくれるかも。
